what can i say about this weekend? it was ROUGH. rougher than the leg hairs on a lumberjack dyke who lives on the land out west somewhere. it hurt. flat out, hurt.
but that has taken back seat to a much bigger heartache; honey's cousin passed away this morning. i know the heartache of the universe stealing a loved one from this realm all too soon. that loved one died september 18th, 1997. that twelfth anniversary is in just 3 days. everything happens in three's. when my Nana died, that too, occurred in three's: Princess Diana, Mother Theresa, and my Nana. my heart, soul, and all the love i can give are with my Honey Pot & her family. i love you, my pookie-doodlebug.
well today, honey's cousin died, along with patrick swayze. who's numero tres? last time i questioned this, freaking michael jackson died.

Without ME, it's just AWESO.
sunday, honey treated us to TCBY, and boy!! it was completely scrumptious!!
after a quick stop in at her parents' house, then to our new house, we made our way over to see what cutie pie waylon was up to. we crossed the field in our truck, to find waylon and his sister target shooting and skeet shooting. my honey bunny got in on the action. she managed to not only get bullseye, and she shot 2 skeets off in a row!! it was kinda hot. seriously!! i know she loathes the fact that i adore butches, but my stars!! she was hot shootin off them there rifles!!
i am incredibly nervous about this upcoming weekend. my mother and brothers are coming to stay the night at my house. i needed help painting the interior of our house, so i told honey that i'd call in the troops, and here they come. just kinda... odd though. my mother staying the night at my house. weird, man, just weird. i know that it'll be a blast, but still, i can't find the words to express what i'm thinking about that. its almost surreal that i am 26 years old, that pops is dead, my mom is coming to stay the night at my house, an hour and fourty-five minutes from her, to help me paint my new house, with my almost thirteen year old baby brothers. so surreal.
all things come full circle, eventually. babies grow up to be mamas and daddies. the world spins on her axis to gaze upon the all the constellations in the heavens. pain heals into love. daughters become their mothers. and the tide turns yet another day.

okay!! i feel better. i tell yall, there is NOTHING like a slamming sinus cold thingy. all that wonderful congestion all held hostage in your head, with nowhere to go, and no means of escaping. fabulous visionary difficulties, a delightful ever relentless static that remains on inside your head, thus drowning out anything anybody's telling you. (but hey, i'm already damn near deaf, so what the deuce?!) i tell you, its absolutely fantastic!
last weekend, we had my BFF, L, come up on friday. we went to see the dark knight at the orangeburg movie theatre that night. and, oh. my. bob. i don't EVEN know what to say. let me try to summarize things: the theatre is overrun by...natives. yea. oh, and the mystery sticky substance under my shoe by my seat was amazing! the oxyclean guy should look into that. seriously! maybe the army can use it to..., i dont know, stick a dildo on the side of bush's head. it would so stay on there. totally.
i'm convinced that the bible shall be amended with an eleventh commandment, stating that "one shall see 'the dark knight' or one will answer to the Lord, be struck down, sent to Lucifer himself, and dance with rich@rd @nderson on burning coals, while simultaneously arguing with Strom Thurmond that he totally likes dark meat."
seriously. look for it. the new editions will be available in two days inside the nightstand at your local motel 6. you'll have to fight your hooker for this one, folks.
...getting back on track, here. saturday we spent TWO HOURS inside of lowe's, waiting on incompetent morons. then, we met up with whom we dubbed "the lesbians." they're alright. very nice. i hope they liked us. then, on sunday, we headed for florence, and came back home on monday at lunchtime. seriously. a very tiring weekend.
anyways, that's about all i got. so peace out.
